How it works

Upon sensing the onset of a panic attack, users can activate the app and place their finger on the device's video camera. Users can also document stress levels, exercise habits, and lifestyle choices that could be pertinent in predicting future episodes. As the panic attack subsides, users have the opportunity to observe how their physiological response decreases over time.
